Welcome to our Teen Parkour Program, built specifically for youth ages 13–19. Whether your teen is energetic and athletic or looking for a new way to get active, our classes are the perfect place to build strength, gain confidence, and develop movement skills in an environment that’s safe, supportive, and seriously fun.

New to Parkour? No Problem! Our Basics Program is where it all begins. We teach teens the essential movements of parkour—jumps, vaults, rolls, and climbs—while also helping them understand discipline, body awareness, and smart decision-making through physical challenge.

As they progress, they’ll be introduced to new levels of difficulty, taught how to break down challenges, problem-solve creatively, and express themselves through movement. For those who stick with it, parkour becomes more than a sport—it becomes a way of life.
