Parkour Classes for Teens & Adults in San Antonio
Community Parkour | Ages 13+
Build strength, confidence, creativity, and community through movement.
Whether you're 13 or 73, completely new to parkour or an experienced athlete, Community Parkour gives you a place to move, learn, challenge yourself, and train alongside other people.
Parkour Is for Everyone
Community Parkour brings teens and adults together to train, play, and progress.
You don't need to already be strong, athletic, flexible, or fearless. You start where you are and build from there.
Our classes are designed for anyone ages 13+ who wants to:
Get stronger and more capable
Learn how to jump, vault, climb, balance, and move safely
Challenge themselves physically and mentally
Develop confidence through real, achievable challenges
Explore creativity and problem-solving through movement
Meet people and become part of a supportive community
Every person brings different abilities, goals, and experience. Our coaches help you find challenges appropriate for your level while still training as part of the larger group.
What You'll Get From Parkour
Strength & Agility
Develop practical, full-body strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness through movement.
Confidence & Resilience
Learn how to approach challenges, manage fear, make decisions, and gradually accomplish things that once seemed impossible.
Creative Movement
There isn't just one correct way to get through an obstacle. Parkour encourages experimentation, adaptability, and discovering your own way of moving.
Real-World Skills
Learn practical skills like landing, falling, climbing, balancing, spatial awareness, and navigating obstacles safely.
Community
Train alongside people who challenge, encourage, and learn from one another. Parkour is individual in progression, but deeply social in practice.
How Classes Work
Every class is different, but most sessions follow a simple structure:
1. Warm Up & Prepare
Movement-based exercises prepare your body for training while developing mobility, coordination, and general movement capacity.
2. Learn Skills
Coaches introduce techniques and concepts such as jumping, landing, vaulting, climbing, balancing, swinging, rolling, and falling safely.
3. Take on Challenges
Apply those skills to obstacles, courses, games, partner exercises, and movement problems. Challenges can be scaled up or down depending on your experience.
4. Explore & Play
Put everything together through games, courses, creative challenges, and opportunities to experiment with movement.
The goal isn't to make everyone move the same way. It's to give you the skills and understanding to become a more capable, confident, and creative mover.
Start at Your Level
Never done parkour before? You're welcome here.
Already have years of experience? You're welcome here too.
Beginners focus on foundational techniques, safety, body awareness, and confidence. More experienced practitioners work on increasingly complex skills, combinations, challenges, creativity, and leadership.
Because challenges can be adapted to the individual, people with different experience levels can train together while still progressing at their own pace.
More Than a Workout
Parkour is about becoming more capable.
You learn to look at an obstacle, understand what you're capable of, make a decision, commit to it, and adapt when things don't go exactly as planned.
Those lessons extend far beyond jumping over walls.
Community Parkour is a place to train your body, challenge your mind, meet people, play, experiment, and continue discovering what you're capable of.
Ages 13+ | All experience levels welcome
Why People Keep Coming Back
It's challenging without being competitive.
You can push yourself without needing to beat anyone else.
It feels more like play than exercise.
You're still building strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility, but you're doing it by solving problems and learning things.
There's always something new to learn.
The same obstacle can create dozens of different challenges depending on how you approach it.
You progress at your own pace.
Coaches help you find the version of a challenge that makes sense for where you are right now.
You become part of a community.
People of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities train together, share ideas, and help each other improve.
